An old-school police captain lost his wife because of his relentless fight against crime and is now determined to find those responsible. But the constant turnover of police officers distracts him from his own investigation. Together with a principled female lieutenant and a beat officer seconded from the North, they hunt down a portable toilet thief, track a gang of robbers and chase suspicious scooter riders.
