Plot synopsis

Sergey is a talented surgeon from a provincial Russian town. He is devoted to his job and stays true to his high moral ideals which don’t allow him to cash on his patients’ illness. But his life turned upside down when a well-known actress Lyubov Klochkova comes to the town. 15 years ago Sergey and Lyubov were in love with each other and were planning to get married, but life has torn them apart.
