Plot synopsis

Life of Dzhemma Firsova may become a plot for a thriller. She was a student of Dovzhenko, as well as film director, actress and poetess. She was a woman of extraordinary, remarkable, almost celestial beauty. She was a unique person both on the screen and off-screen. She played part in such different films as «Scarlet Sails», «War and Peace», «A Long Ordeal», «That Sweet Word: Liberty!», «The White Bird Marked with Black». It was a revelation when it turned out that her real vocation was to shoot documentaries. For her film «Winter and Spring in 1945», she was given the State Award of the USSR, film epic «The Great Patriotic War» brought her the Lenin Award. In Ivanovo Dzhemma Firsova will be present both in person and on the screen, and her new film will be shown.
