Plot synopsis
A young cardiologist from Uzbekistan comes to complete a thesis in Moscow and is hired in a small suburban hospital. He tries to adapt to his new living environment, to the distrust of patients and the incomprehension of colleagues, but refuses to compromise with his conscience as a doctor and as a man.
