Plot synopsis

A psychologist Petrov and a sociologist Burtseva, having analyzed the failures in the working process of the plant, came to the conclusion that it is the shop chief Prokopenko’s guilt. The situation is worsening by the fact that Petrov has love affaires with the plant worker Tatyana, whose bridegroom also works at the plant.
