Plot synopsis
There was a joky belief in the Soviet times saying that if Arkady Severny were recognised as a singer and a memorial to him were built at last (which though to be absolutely unlikely to happen), we would wake up in a totally different country. Strange but true, this did happen in the city of Ivanovo.
