Biography
After graduating from the Department of Journalism at Moscow State University Galina Dolmatovskaya worked for nearly ten years as a correspondent on Literaturnaja Gazeta.
She then joined the Institute of Cinema Arts,where she is now Head of the Documentary Film Department.
She has been awarded a doctorate of arts and has written several books,including :
Rod Steiger,Who’s who in the Soviet Cinema( with I.Shilova),”France tells its own story”, Notes to the Past, Pages of the Moon Calendar.
