Born in 1970 in Kustanai, Kazakh Republic of the USSR. In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, in 1995 – postgraduate studies. Engaged in the insurance business. In 2019 he graduated from the Moscow School of New Cinema, Laboratory of General Directing (curator – Dmitry Mamulia). His filmography also includes short “Once” (2020). “I Had a Very Long Day” is his second film.
Родился в 1970 году в Кустанае Казахской ССР. В 1992 окончил экономический
факультет МГУ в Москве, в 1995 – аспирантуру. Занимался страховым бизнесом. В
2019 окончил Московскую школу нового кино, лабораторию общей режиссуры
(куратор – Дмитрий Мамулия). Также снял короткометражный фильм «Однажды»
(2020). «У меня был очень длинный день» – его вторая режиссерская работа.
