A comedy about the love of life and the desire to live fully despite the "limits". Tolia is a young provincial without arms or legs who turns out to be stronger, more optimistic and full of joy of life than the people with arms and legs around him. Equipped with bionic prostheses, he begins to live life to the fullest: he fights for the prettiest girl in town, organizes an association of co-owners and defends his house, gets involved in the lives of his loved ones and leads them with him towards the light and the dream.
