Plot synopsis
The film is set in the 1960s and tells about a group of friends from Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. These friends are mostly Uzbek, but there is also a Greek and a Russian, Rodin, the main hero of the film. Rodin is in love with Tania, but because of his job, he has to travel through Central Asia to extinguish fires and thus often finds himself separated from Tania. Without him, Tania is bored and one day meets another man. Rodin will have to face the facts, Tania no longer loves him ...
