Plot synopsis
The movie consists of three novels, which narrate about people whose fortune in a certain way came in touch with that of Marina Goldovskaya – a woman with camera.
As a time portraitist she retained for us the memories of the first builders of Komsomolsk-on-Amur (“Far East, Komsomolsk-on-Amur city. A dream city of 1930s” novel), of pages of life and death of the famous journalist Anna Politkovskaya (“Moscow. City of Tears. 2000s”), who believed it was her duty to tell people the truth…Despite the danger of her work, she, as an uncompromising, brave, and purposeful person, could not help but write and not to wait “until the utmost”…
In the third novel “Siberia, Khanty-Mansiisk city. City of Hope XXI century”, the author narrates about those realities of our time that allow noticing changes in the lives of the people of the young Siberian city, the changes that provide an opportunity to look into future with optimism.
