Born in 1961 in Sverdlovsk.
Graduated from the department of theatre design at the I.Shadr Sverdlovsk arts college (1980).
Worked as stage designer at Sverdlovsk Theatre for Young Viewers.
Graduated from the arts department at VGIK (1985, workshop of V.Kurchevsky).
Art designer and animation director at the Sverdlovsk film studio and "A-Film" studio.
