Plot synopsis
The blockade of Leningrad is one of the symbols of human resilience, but at the same time it is the clearest example of inhuman cruelty. The author of the documentary chose the chronicle of the war years from the Russian and German archives as his storytelling tool, adding only the music that resonated in those years, archival recordings of radio reports from Leningrad, and sounds who accompanied the townspeople throughout the days of the blockade. Is it possible to cure the pain caused? How to ensure that such a drama does not happen again?
