Vladivostok, March 2011, an accident has just occurred at the Fukushima nuclear power plant. Igor Khlebnikov is a simple Russian man without great prospects. He lives in the Primorsky Territory, works in a hamburger shop and earns pennies. One day, while withdrawing his salary from an ATM, he takes out 3 million instead of 10 thousand. Unexpected luck launches a series of adventures in the hero’s life and tests whether he can manage it correctly.
"This story is an exploration of a man who, like many people, dreams of a different life. He sincerely believes that somewhere there is a better world - you just have to get there. But until he understands that this world is right here, he will not be able to escape from his unfortunate circumstances."
