In this 2010 film, Joseph Brodsky is remembered by his friends and fellow writers. An eminent literary figure both in Russia and abroad, Brodsky wrote poetry that echoed with many generations on both sides of the ocean and continues to fascinate. This film was censored, has been refused air time in Russia multiple times since its completion, and continues to be shelved by Russian television. The director opted to refuse all changes imposed by television channels and show the film in its original version in the US. The 3rd Annual Russian Documentary Film Festival is proud to present the world premiere of this film.
