At 30, Oleg and Seryoga still dream of becoming rock stars. They play in a little-known band, live in a communal apartment, and prepare for an important performance at a local festival. On the eve of the concert, they are unexpectedly faced with the care of Oleg's uncle—a 50-year-old man with mental disabilities, whom the boys cannot leave unattended, not even for a minute.
The story is based on real events that happened to me and my friends several years ago. Even then, I understood: what's happening to us is like something out of a movie, but it's hard to reflect on it in the moment; it only becomes clear later. The result is a film about our experiences and our age. It may sound pretentious, but this film is our voice.
