Plot synopsis
1106/5000 Alexander, a young man of 25, goes to the cemetery to place flowers on the grave of his mother, who died suddenly a year ago today. The enigma of his death does not leave Alexander alone. When he empties his apartment he finds the old spools and the diary of a Russian director, dedicated to his mother. This is how Alexander discovers his past. She had acted in a film by this director. They loved each other. It was a true love story. But one day he met another woman and left Anna. She left Odessa to go to Israel, then to Canada, married a Frenchman and settled in Paris. This director admits in his diary that he never stopped loving her, that he felt guilty and that she was the greatest love of his life. He remembers their first meeting when she came for the casting of his first film. It was spring. It was sunny. The windows of his office were wide open. She was very beautiful. She was 20 years old. She is portraying a blue dress he has never forgotten.
