Vitia Miasnik, a well-known bandit from the mid-90s, long retired from business and owner of an eco-farm, accepts, at the request of a former colleague, to deposit the spoils of a theft on his offshore account. When the time comes to return the money Vitia has forgotten the access code to his account. Understanding that no one will believe him, he flees and finds himself in the city of Poliarny located in the Far North.
