The film tells about the life of young dancers and their path in the world of modern dance art, and also reveals the unique details of the emergence of a new dance culture in Russia. Representatives of six different dance styles (ballet, contemporary style, pole dance, hip-hop, vogue and crump) reveal all the behind-the-scenes secrets of a dancer's life: their eternal struggle for dominance on the stage, quarterly professional injuries and reflections on their place in the creative space. But each of them has its own "stage" and its own audience. Everyone has their own way towards their solo.
