Plot synopsis
Many years ago Ostap’s father has left their poor village and wishing to raise some money he went to Donbass. Hut, built by Nikanor gets to be a start for a mining town Sobacheevka. Ostav has followed his father’s steps, who had been working hard for the owner of the mine for thirty years. And when his father was fired, Ostap realized it is no use to blame just master for all of their misfortunes. Having met with worker and revolutionist Gorbuz, rebellious Ostap finally realizes the power of working solidarity and initiates revolutionary movement among the miners of Donbass.
