Plot synopsis
The movie is based on Yuri Koval’s stories about the life in a tiny village on the riverbank and a black cat called Shatalo. When you divide the world into small parts for the sake of understanding, when you bring them closer to your eyes, hold them against the light, use your brains and then put them all together again they won’t fit. There doesn’t seem to be any magic, but a fairy tale emerges…
