Born on June 18, 1978 in the town of Vyksa, Nizhny Novgorod region.
As a child, she dreamed of becoming a pop singer. In 1995, she entered the Nizhny Novgorod Theater School in the class of Vasily Bogomozov. At first, she decided to enroll in the puppet department, because there was a lot of speech and singing there, but, having entered the theater department at the same time, she chose theater. At that time, she had never been to the theater.
During the tour of the "Workshop of Pyotr Fomenko" in Nizhny Novgorod, she was noticed by the director and, after dropping out of school in the second year, in 1997 she entered the directing department of the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS), in the workshop of Pyotr Fomenko.
From 2001 to 2006 she was an actress at the Moscow theater "Workshop of P. Fomenko".
Since 2006 - actress of the Moscow Art Theater. Chekhov.
In 2003, she played her first leading role in the cinema in the film "Promenade" by Alexei Uchitel, for which she received the Golden Eagle Award for Best Actress in 2003.
She played one of the main roles in the film by Alexei Uchitel "The Cosmos as a Presentiment" (2005)
Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (2012).
