Russian film director, cinematographer and editor, born in 1983 in the city of Cheboksary. He graduated from the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. His debut feature film “Deliverance” (2013) took part in several international festivals, including in Russia, Poland, France and China, and won the Special Prize for the best debut film at the 21st Window to Europe Russian Film Festival in Vyborg. In 2013 he made a hitchhiking trip from Moscow to Vladivostok and described his journey in the film “Go There, I Don’t Know Where, Find That, I Don’t Know What” (2014), which also took part in Russian and international film festivals. “7BOOZERS” (2019) is his latest fiction feature film.
