Plot synopsis
Documentary in the form of a tragic musical comedy about people who live in all corners of a very large country. Valetchka is a bearded man of gigantic size. He is preparing an old tub to go down the Neva and considers his Motherland to be the Soviet Union. Ivan Ivanovich loves music, the army and Irina Pavlovna. Nika lives in Yalta and goes to school. She considers her Motherland to be Russia and wants to serve in the Ministry of the Interior. Masha chose university over an acting career and wants to help people. During the filming of the film, the lives of each of them changed. What is their Motherland now and in what role do they want to serve it?
