The action takes place in Poland in 1943 in a first-class compartment. By chance, two couples find themselves there, unhappy about being forced to squeeze four into a compartment for two. The nerves of each of the heroes are on edge, but this train is their only chance to save themselves and their loved one, to flee the occupied country and gain freedom.
