1925. International Exhibition of Arts in Paris. The main architect of the European avant-garde Le Corbusier declares: "... the only thing which deserves attention is the pavilion of Konstantin Melnikov". Since then the whole world has followed the fate of the Soviet architect. He made Lenin's sarcophagus, he built garages and clubs and above all he built his own house. The house which will be the summit of his work and then his prison. His pupil will put an end to the career of the architect by excluding him from the profession. And all other projects will remain on paper. What did this star of Russian avant-garde architecture leave behind? This is the subject of the documentary "Melnikov".
