Teenagers celebrate leaving an orphanage by spending all their money in two days. They rent a luxurious cottage and have a real holiday. These two days are the time when dreams come true. The rental of the house ends, but the holiday does not have to end: the house turns into a fortress. And even when the assault begins, the guys expect that everything will end soon and dawn will come.
"Before a big event there is always a pause, empty time. You have prepared, exhaled, you stand behind the scenes, but you still have to wait a little - everything will begin any minute. This is such a painful and sweet time. You can’t do anything anymore, and you’re tired of being nervous and overexcited , and makes you fall asleep. You want to quickly jump onto the stage or run away, hide from the inevitable before it’s too late. I wanted to make a movie about this state - when the past is already distant and unpleasant, and the future frightens with the unknown, a person can only experience this pause of the present - joyfully, hard, madly, desperately - whoever knows how."
