This is a documentary about eight Muscovites of Korean origin, all named Viktor Tsoi. A construction businessman, a teenager who spends his time playing on the computer, a Buddhist, a thug, a sewing machine assembler, a middle-aged scholar, a young entrepreneur and the president of a housing construction company. Apparently they have nothing in common except their name, but in reality?
