At the heart of the story is an investigation led by the curious and resourceful Petia, despite warnings from friends, family and local law enforcement. Throughout his journey, he is “helped” by his younger brothers, Sasha and Kostia. After a series of failures and setbacks, Petia still doesn't give up, gathers all the evidence and discovers the truth about who was responsible for the artifacts' disappearance, and helps bring the objects back to the museum.
