Plot synopsis

Wildlife photographer Igor Metelsky, who has traveled many parts of the world and has a rich collection of photos of various animals, travels to the Ussuri taiga to find and photograph the Amur tiger. However, this task turns out to be not as simple as it initially seemed. Seeing the Amur tiger is not given to everyone, and for indigenous peoples it is considered a bad sign. So Igor decides to try photographing the Amur tiger using camera traps. But for this he has a lot to learn. By meeting people and studying the behavior of the Amur tiger, he gradually discovers the secrets of the tiger's life and also the amazing world of nature of the Far East with all its diversity and problems of interaction with humans. How to find a balance between our needs and the preservation of this wonderful world of wild nature.
