Plot synopsis

Documentary in two parts.
Few people know this: Maya Plisetskaya's parents were born and raised in Belarus.
The film tells the story of Maya Plisetskaya's life and career, as well as her rises and falls in art and in life. The film features rare archival recordings, videos from personal collections, and also testimonies from those who had the good fortune to work and study with Maya Plisetskaya.
