Plot synopsis
The film highlights a significant chapter in the history of the Moscow Art Theater—the theater's tour to America in 1923–1924. The troupe enjoyed enormous success and endured many trials, and its director, Konstantin Stanislavsky, wrote the book "My Life in Art."
