A strict physics teacher tries to talk her teenage son out of dropping out of school and pursuing a career as a professional skateboarder.
She makes a bet with him that if he competes in a major skateboarding competition, he’ll stay in school. Under the guidance of her failing student, she learns to skate, completely unaware that she is jeopardising her career and reputation.
