Eduard is terminally ill — in the final stages of cirrhosis. He has a daughter, Sonya, with whom he has lost touch for a long time, and he longs to see her. Nothing changes in his lonely life until he meets a delivery robot called Alokha. This chance encounter, full of sadness and unexpected friendship, becomes, for Eduard, perhaps his final journey towards self-discovery, towards forgiveness and reconciliation with those he once lost.
