Plot synopsis
Based on the script by Vladimir Mayakovsky. A film about children, about the first generation of a new country - this is a Soviet variation of the unforgettable story of O. Henry about the leader of the Red Indians and the eternal theme of the "prince and the pauper". Here, probably, the first story about kidnapping in cinema appears. In the center of the film are three boys from different social strata. The son of a miraculously unfinished bourgeois, a street kid and a pioneer. But it turns out that they differ only in clothes. Change your clothes, and you are no longer a street kid, but the son of a bourgeois. If you take away everyone's clothes, then everyone will become indistinguishable from each other.
