1918. A southern city is taken by the whites. The Bolsheviks Executive Committee is preparing an insurrection in the city. We await the arrival of a detachment of red guards coming from the front. To prevent them from entering the city, the Cossacks of the White Army blow up the railways. To repair the railroad The Bolshevik Zabeline organizes a group of workers.
