Plot synopsis

Film about the first launch of the Soyuz carrier rocket from Kourou (French Guiana). This film shows the multi-year joint work of Russian and European experts, who built the new Russian aeronautical launch site located in the jungles of Guiana. For the first time since the Caribbean Crisis, Russian missiles are based on the American continent. The launch of Soyuz carrier rockets from the tropical Guiana launch base is something new in the history of national and world space. Will Russia be able to expand its presence in the global space market? And is this achievable today by one country alone?
