The main idea of the film is to tell the story of Moldova and its contribution to world history. The film is about the love between a young Moldovan girl and a boy from St. Petersburg who met on the Internet, liked each other and decided to meet in real life. The young man comes to his beloved. The lovers walk around the city, the young man watches everything with interest and asks questions, but the girl is unable to tell about her country. The author comes to the heroine's aid. He informs the viewer by presenting himself in different guises: sometimes he is a cosmonaut flying in zero gravity, sometimes a man with magnificent sideburns, sometimes a soldier with a guitar. The five short stories in the film tell the story of Stefan cel Mare, Dimitrie Kantemir, A. S. Pushkin, talk about the role of Moldova during the Second World War and its place in the conquest of space. The film aims to fill in the gaps left by education. Non-professional actors were specially chosen to play the lovers, having no connection with cinema or experience of working in front of a camera, having no idea of drama classes or the Stanislavski system.
