Plot synopsis

Today is the city holiday in Borisoglebsk. 20 years ago, Russian refugees, "displaced persons", who fled the clan war in Tajikistan, flocked here. Have they managed to feel at home in their historical homeland? Or will inter-ethnic unrest break out?
