Nikita, a lazy Muscovite, has spent 27 years hanging around at home, watching the news, cursing the country, convinced that it is its fault if he cannot find work. He rents a room in his Moscow apartment to Sara, a young girl who has come from Tel Aviv to earn money. One day Sara tells him that she is returning to Israel.
