Plot synopsis

Monologue of an adult woman whose husband leaves her for his young mistress. Until the last moment the viewer does not understand whether the heroine is talking to her husband or whether she is simply rehearsing a future conversation in which she thanks him for the years spent together, convinces him of the correctness of his decision, the honesty of her heart's choice, recalls the touching moments of their past relationship, lets her husband go and promises him to overcome his loneliness. And only in the final scene does the woman's true wish become clear to us.
