Moscow in 2020. The media warns that a dangerous meteorite is going to pass very close to the earth at breakneck speed. But the restaurateur Vadim doesn't care and so he doesn't change his plans and hurries to celebrate the purchase of a new establishment. On the way Vadim calls his friend Nina to invite her to the banquet. But, due to a temporary anomaly related to the meteorite, another Nina, a thirteen-year-old girl who is dying of hunger in the freezing Moscow of 1942, is on the other end of the line.
