The two met and fell in love with each other. It would seem that this is a common thing. But everyone around, relatives and friends, declared war on this love. Only because the heroes of this story are over 70 years old.
According to some, the love of a retired geographer Leonid (Veniamine Smekhov) and a woman of German origin Elsa (Irina Pechernikova), who has never left her village, is indecent, inconvenient and, moreover, threatens the material well-being of their children and grandchildren. After all, Elsa and Leonid not only do not hide their love, they are going to get married, sell an apartment and a house and go on a trip!
