Plot synopsis
A lively hour and a half discussion with the drafters of the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, its supporters and opponents. What is actually changing? What are these urgent changes for? Can we do without them? And in what kind of Russia will we wake up after the adoption of these amendments? The authors attempt to give the most objective answer possible to all these questions without taking sides.
