The action takes place in the north of Scandinavia, where Nazi Germany was trying to hold on to its last frontier. By the will of circumstances, the Uzbek pilot-navigator Akbar Ibragimov (Shukhrat Ergashev), whose plane was shot down in battle, gets here and joins the ranks of the Resistance participants. He soon managed to sneak into a German submarine as an officer and later report on the enemy's secret bases.
