This film is an attempt to look at volunteering through the volunteers themselves. Find out what drives these selfless people, understand who gets more - the one who is helped, or the one who helps. The heroes of the film are three unusual people from different parts of Russia: Natalia is an actress from Moscow, Karina is the head of the Ray of Kindness children's equestrian leisure center from the Moscow Region, Andrey is an archaeologist and head of the State Hermitage's Northwestern Expedition.
All of them are united by one goal - to make the world kinder and better, but at the same time they have their own view on volunteering based on personal experience.
