A difficult childhood gave Pavel a natural modesty and kindness. They prevent him from having a relationship with a demanding girl and push him to help people selflessly. By day he is a real estate agent selling the house of a parliamentary candidate who is divorcing his wife, and by night he is an anonymous benefactor and the people's favorite Potato Angel. Not seeking recognition, Pavel simultaneously organizes the life of his brother, a scoundrel, and, it seems, finds a new love. But this same candidate, fearing to lose the election, pretends to be the hero of the night. The politician does not realize that only the Potato Angel can give him back his family and true happiness.
