Massive Moscow buildings and busy roads will be replaced by Major for picturesque resort views, a house in the mountains and winding serpentines. He moves there with his daughter Sonya, where they have their own family business - an eco-hotel. But even before the opening, everything goes awry. At first, a pogrom is organized in the hotel, then Sokolovsky stumbles upon a local major and crosses the path of a Sochi bigwig who plans to demolish an entire residential area in order to build a winery in its place.
