The Great Patriotic War, winter 1941. Food stocks had dried up, supplies were blocked. The besieged Leningrad was dying of hunger: 125 grams of bread a day were given to employees, dependents and children. It was then that a gang appeared in the city, engaged in fraud and robbery. The criminals were mainly engaged in forging ration cards. The name of their gang - "ZIG ZAG" - stood for "Defenders of German Interests - The Banner of Adolf Hitler".
The gang is opposed by an employee of the Leningrad UgRo Tikhon Lvov and a senior lieutenant of counterintelligence from Moscow Felix Svidersky. They will have to find and neutralise the criminals before their actions lead to catastrophic consequences for the inhabitants of Leningrad.
