Olga, with whom Sergei once had a relationship, and her twelve-year-old daughter Katya are staying overnight at his house. They came from the provinces, and the next day they fly away to live abroad - Olga’s new fiancé lives there. Sergei and Olga look at both their own lives and the world around them completely differently. He believes that nothing around him needs to be changed; she is looking for a better life for both herself and Katya. Could there be something in common between them?
